Sipfolio ("the App") is a cocktail recipe creator developed for iOS. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data the App accesses and how it is handled.
Sipfolio does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data to external servers. We have no analytics, no tracking, no advertising SDKs, and no third-party services embedded in the App.
All data you create in Sipfolio — including drink recipes, photos, collections, and preferences — is stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. This data never leaves your device unless you enable iCloud Sync (see below).
If you choose to enable iCloud Sync in the App's settings, your drink data is synced across your devices using Apple's CloudKit service. This data is stored in your personal iCloud account and is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy. Sipfolio does not have access to your iCloud credentials or any other data in your iCloud account. You can disable iCloud Sync at any time in the App's settings.
Sipfolio may request access to your camera or photo library so you can attach photos to your drink recipes. These photos are stored locally on your device (and in your iCloud account if sync is enabled). They are never uploaded to any external server.
Sipfolio offers an optional annual subscription ("Sipfolio Pro") processed entirely through Apple's App Store. Payment and subscription management are handled by Apple. Sipfolio does not collect or have access to your payment information. See Apple's Terms of Service for details.
Sipfolio uses no third-party services, including:
Sipfolio is not directed at children under the age of 17. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
If we update this privacy policy, we will post the revised version here with an updated date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
